The offerings
A traditional abhishekam bathes the linga with water, milk, curd, ghee, honey and sugarcane juice, followed by water again, while chanting Om Namah Shivaya.
After the abhishekam
Offer bilva leaves and flowers, light a lamp and perform aarti.
